Very seductive bouquet with a barrel ferment and lees core then aromas of apple and citrus then baked orchard fruits with a light mineral quality. A fine satin texture touches the palate first then flavours of citrus and apple, white orchard fruits, a fine dried herb quality and a core of mineral and lees continues the ideas first presented from the bouquet. Acidity forms the backbone of the structure with a gently warming alcohol then mineral lees qualities. A wine to open and enjoy from late 2022 through 2028.
