Attractive bouquet with a cashew nut, light baking spices and varietal core fruit signature of grapefruit, white peach and apple. A light toasty sweetness and gentle smoke layer from wood adds complexity and depth. Youthful, fresh and enticing. Lovely weight and texture on the palate with a light silky-cream quality then flavours of citrus with grapefruit showing first then apple and some peach. Light wood tannins and acidity add instructure and length. Well made, new and ready to drink from 2023 through 2027+.
