Pyramid Valley Orange 2021, North Canterbury

Aromas of apricots and orange peko tea, autums leaves and dried flowers. A distinctive and quite pure bouquet, natural and new. Flavours reflect the bouquet plus a new grapefruit and orange marmalade tautness, no mistaking the texture of tannins and acidity, but all in keeping witht Pyramid Valley sense of place and time. I suggest you enjoy this wine with paella or similar fragrant dishes. Best drinking from 2022 through 2025.
