Champagne Roger Manceaux 2012 Brut, Montagne, France
Rich and very elegant bouquet, a distinctive autolysis core with aromas of whole wheat breat and bricoche, there’s a baked raw nut quality then aromas of baked apple and pear, some strawberry and bottle-aged complexities. Toasty, equallly rich, very complex and dry on the palate. The mousse is persistent with a fine bubbles and satin texture, acidity medium+ and overall harmonious. Excellent drinking from 2022 through 2026.
