Exotic and very floral, powerful aromas of waxy grapefruit then lemon and gooseberry, spices from barrel fermentation lees stirring add in texture and breadth to the bouquet. A silky cream texture touches the palate briefly before the power of acidity and core fruit flavours take over. High acidity and fine mineral qualities add to this wine’s charm and allure. Delcious, fresh, salty and mouth watering with a long finish. A very young wine still with cellar time recommended. Best drinking from 2024 through 2034+.
