Lifted, fragrant, savoury and compex bouquet with aromas of green apple and dried herbs, pink grapefruit and white flowers, crushed rock mineral layers and moments of fresh peach and exotic fruits. There’s a natural spice and raw energy on display as well. Taut, youthful, crisp, fresh and fruity on the palate with flavours to reflect the bouquet plus textures from acidity and savoury mineral qualities all leading to a lengthy and dry finish. Great drinking from mid to late 2022 through 2026.
