Fabulous bouquet with crisp green and yellow apple scents, a core of minerality with white stone and pebbles, there’s a leesy complexity and aromas of white flowers and blossom. Delicious on the palate, just dry with a core of fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet - apples then quince and lemon. High acidity ensures freshness and longevity, a wine with medium weight, a lovely mouthfeel and lengthy finish. Classic, new, modern and delicious. A great alternative to Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Best drinking from 2023 through 2030. A wine that you could also cellar and drink from 2027 through 2037.
