Classic bouquet with an edgy enticing quality showcasing aromas of dark plum and baked raspberry, clove and forrest herbs, there’s a touch of lavender and licorice then bakig spices of vanilla. Juicy, fleshy, ripe, fruity and dry. Core fruit flavours mirror the bouquet with fleshy berries and flowers. Tannins are fine and in abundance, acidity medium+ in intensity. Overall a balanced and well made wine ready for drinking from 2023 through 2027+.
