Aromas of plum and dark cherry, a distinctive silty mineral seam, light brown baking spice scents and a mild toasty oak overtone. Overall, fine and complex. On the palate - fleshy, firm, fruity, complex and dry. Flavours of dark plum and cherry with a touch of black currant then baking spice and mild wood smoke moments. Fine to moderate tannins with a youthful acid line lead to a balanced, youthful and well made example offering great drinking from late 2022 through 2028+.
