Very attractive bouquet with aromas of sweet doris plums and blackberry, an earthy crushed stone soil layer, violets, marmite, olive and toasty barrel scents. On the palate - dry, young, firm and fruity. There’s plenty of flavour and texture with frim tannins an noticeable acidity-all great attributes, but needing time to settle in to a bottle development phase. Well made with a decent complexity and lots of potential. Best drinking from 2023 through 2029+.
