Fresh and ripe, lifted aromas of white flowers and lemon, apple and white peach with a quiet and understated scents of French oak. Crisp, ripe, refreshing and dry on the finish. Flavours of citrus and apple, a light chalky mineral layer and a satin texture. The oak remains quiet and understated with moments of vanilla and white smoke spice. Balanced and well made in a Chablis style. Best drinking from purchase and through 2025+.
