Made with the very rare Jampal variety - aromas of sweet ripe, peach and pear, some apple, moments of tropical fruit, a fine mist of lees then a nutty-barrel scented layer with a touch of Brazil and cashew. Silk and cream textures contrasted by medium+ (ish) acidity, dusty wood tannins and a core of fruit to reflect the bouquet. Balanced, refreshing and well made, intriguing and very stylish. Best drinking upon purchase and through 2026.
