Elephant Hill Pinot Noir 2019, Central Otago

EH have sourced some excellent parcels of fruit to craft this delicious Pinot Noir. Aromas and flavours of dark berries and plum, schist and stone complexity, savoury mineral scents and flavours with a new oak and barrel spice complexity. On the second and third sip and as the wine warms in the palate flavours of dark roses, raspberry and sweet barrel spices grow. Firm-ish tannins and plenty of acidity, balanced, well made and ready to drink upon purchase or through 2026.
