Classic Tony Bish wine - immediately recognisable, fruity, luscious bouquet laced with sweet scents of vanilla, oak and nut then peaches and apples, apricots and cream. On the palate - plush, fresh, satin textured and fruity with flavours that reflect the nose. A fine vanilla cream and custard layer of oak adds palate texture and depth, a contrasting acid line and decent weight makes this crowd pleasing style punch well above its weight.
