Quietly unfurling aromas of cream yellow peach and vanilla cream custard, cashew nut and a touch of butter, mild toasty oak scents and a welcoming sweet lifted saline mineral layer. On the palate - equally creaming and fruity with contrasting acidity and bite of oak. A fine lees layer adds texture and additional contrast. Fruit flavours return with a citrus pith and mild savoury layer. Balanced, well made and ready. Drink now nd through 2024.
