Elegant and lifted aromatics with a pure fruit core and moments of white spice and mineral. Flavours of white nectarine and green pear, some white pepper and core minerality. Very silky as the wine touches the palate with acidity for contrast, fruit flavours citrus and white stone fruits, some honeysuckle and white blossom, lees and a lick of crystalised ginger right on the finish. Balanced, refreshing and well made. Drink from 2021 through 2024+
