Wooing Tree Pinot Noir 2018, Central Otago

Ripe, fruity and very enticing bouquet with scents of savoury ripe cherry with raspberry notes, some dried herb and sandy, dry clay aromas. Quite lush and fruity with a coarse silk texture, savoury dried herb and mineral. Fresh and tart cherry flavours, raspberry and moments of rose and baking spices of oak. Firm tannins with plenty of acidity. Youthful, fresh and developing still with best drinking from late 2021 through 2026+.
