A classic expression from an established and well respected producer. Aromas and flavours of leesy white fleshed fruit and citrus, blossoms and a granitic mineral core. The texture is satin-like with contrasting bite from naturally higher acidity. As the wine begins to open up in glass the complexity increases and flavours begin to evolve into more intense versions and finishes with a floral lift. Balanced and well made, fresh and dry. Best drinking from purchase and through 2024+.
