Aromas of raspberry and red berry compote, a steely savoury layer in the bouquet adds complexity and a touch of intrigue, sweet toasty oak scents highlighted by vanilla and a whisper of coconut. On the palate - delicious, fruity, textured and dry. Flavours mirror the bouquet with berries and compote then wood and toasty spice layers. Fine through firm tannins and acid line add foundation and texture. Well made, still ageing and ready to drink from late 2021 through 2027+.
