There’s a sweetness to the wine coming from the alcohol and core of fruit - dark berries and chocolate the violets, plums and soy. Medium acidity with moderate fruit tannins and plenty of oak tannins. Big and bold, youthful and fun. A great choice for those who sweet red meat cooked rare to medium-rare.
