Varietal, ripe, fruity and distinctively spicy bouquet with aromas of white fleshed tree fruits and herbs, sweet fresh lychee and passion fruit, hay, citrus and a leesy spicy textured layer with a lighter oak nutty quality. On the palate - great texture, weight and mouth feel. Flavours of citrus and herb mirror the nose, some tropical fruit under currant,; no mistaking the youthful acidity and just warm alcohol both adding weight and texture.
