Wild Earth Earth and Sky Pinot Noir 2019, Central Otago

Ripe, fruity, varietal and very pretty bouquet with aromas of sweet scented roses, fresh raspberry and plum then a mix of toasty newer oak and wood spices. Overall youthful and very expressive on the nose. Equally fresh and youthful on the palate with first ripe wood and fruit tannins, medium+ acidity and contrasting core of fruit flavours. Give this wine some time to completely harmonise - with best drinking from late 2021 through 2026.
