A very enticing bouquet of pure fruited Cab Franc - aromas of black cherry and sweet olive, some raspberry and blue fruit moments, violets, some smoky oak and sweet baking spices. An overall youthful energy. Fabulous textures on the palate from fruit tannins and medium+ acidity then wood flavours and its chalky tannins to match. Flavours from herb and olive then ripe fresh berries and tart plum all adding power and energy to the finish. A lovely wine - balanced and well made. Best drinking from 2021 through 2024+.
