This ‘Aged Release’ wine presents a significant opportunity for Riesling fans to see and taste how a well regarded producer captures the essence of the variety and how bottle age suits Riesling so very well.

Aromas preserved lemon, toasty bottled aged lime, honey, a whisper of chamomile tea and citrus along with a core of minerality. Complex and quite compelling. On the palate - off dry, toasty, drying citrus and yellow orchard fruit flavours, more chamomile tea, honey moments then apple. The acidity remains strong keeping the wine fresh adding texture and length. Ultimately the wine finishes dry and with complexity. A delicious example and one to invest in any remaining bottles. Best drinking from today and through 2022+.
