Then a second layer wild flowers, more wild herbs, hay and a leesy toasty developing complexity. On the palate - equally high energy with a bold attack of citrus, zest, lime, lemon, grapefruit, passion-fruit and white peach flavours. No mistaking the acidity and gently warming alcohol - both adding to the lengthy finish. Balanced and well made, youthful and fun! Best drinking from today and through 2024+.
