Herbal, youthful, fresh, aromatic and fruity with aromas of fresh sage and Thai basil, white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed orchard fruits. On the palate - crisp, very refreshing with plenty of acidity highlighting the citrus flavours, some white pineapple and apple, a touch of radish and hay then green herb and mineral water. A touch of snow pea and honeysuckle. A balanced and well made wine, ready to enjoy and a really nice alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Best drinking from today and through 2024.
