Vibrant, youthful and varietal bouquet of Pinot Noir with aromas of soil and fruit, wood spices and complexity. On the palate - flavours of red apples and dark cherries, red tea and plum. There’s a definitive savoury sweet spot mid-palate highlighted by the toasty wood and carried by the refreshing acidity and tannins. Additional flavours and textures of dried herb and fine fruit tannins add length and complexity as well. A balanced and well made wine, still youthful, but also drinkable from today and through 2024+.
