Varietal, fruity, bold, forward ans spicy bouquet. Many classic aromas of Syrah with black currant and dark raspberry, some blue fruit then peppery spice. Clove and vanilla scents of toasty wood add a layer of structure and muscle. On the plate - fleshy, juicy, fruity, varietal and dry. Flavours mirror the nose with dark berries and black cherry. Some toasty wood, moderate tannins and medium+ acidity. A balanced and well made wine, ready to enjoy from today and through 2022.
