Very attractive bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc with a fleshy, leesy, fresh herb and citrus drive. Flavours on the palate of lime and grapefruit, apple and wet stones. There’s a lovely floral moment with blossoms then fruit spice and fresh herbs. Fresh and lively with plenty o acidity, mouthfeel and charm. balanced and well made and easy by the glass decision. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
