Immediately elegant with bouquet that is varietal, soft and fresh with herbs and gooseberry, a touch of nettles, apple, citrus - meyer lemon and lime. On the palate - a gently dry wine with high & sweet acidity, a touch of saline and flavours that reflect the nose. Balanced and well made with a youthful drive, but not a style that relies on power and punch - it doesn’t need this because the fruit is pure, elegant and fine. Long finish, medium+ ish complexity. Drink well now and through 2022.
