Captivating scents of oak spices and mild toasty barrel, baked apple and fresh white peaches, some Brazil nut and mild dry stone mineral. A complete and enticing bouquet. On the palate - a dry wine, near full-bodied with a youthfully firm texture from medium+ acidity and newish oak textures. Fruit flavours reflect the nose as do the spices of oak. A wine that needs just a little more time to come together, but is ready now if served with food or decanted. Best drinking from mid 2021 through 2024+. RRP $24.99
