A delightful bouquet of sparkling wine with nicely intense aromas of yeast (autolysis) with a brioche and toasty water cracker, apple, citrus and white flowers. On the palate - a bold, even mousse with a coarse silk texture then flavours of citrus, apple and white fleshed orchard fruits. Crisp and refreshing acid line finishing with a lean yeasty flavour. A complete aperitif ready wine with a fine complexity and lengthy finish. Drinking well now and through 2024.
