Vibrant, intense, varietal, fruity and distinctive bouquet. Aromas of red apple and fresh herb, pineapple and peach, fresh herbs and sweet hay. A touch of fruit spice and recognisable stony mineral layer. On the palate - equally vibrant and refreshing with sweet acidity, ripe fruit flavours, fresh herbs, lemon and white flowers. A lovely wine with a silky texture and core of fruit. Drinking well now and through 2022.
