Light red fruits of cherry then raspberry, whisper of plum then red apple and cranberry, a calm softly spoken oak spice layer with clove and vanilla suggestions. On the palate - all the hallmarks of Pinot Noir on show with flavours of light red berry fruits, dried herb and red florals. Textures from fine wood tannins and medium acidity combine with the fruit flavours presenting an immediately enjoyable Pinot Noir experience, balanced with moderate length and complexity.
