Exotic and alluring bouquet with aromas of mineral and apple, sweet herb and white peach, white smoke and rose. On the palate - tense, crisp, exotic, citrusy and dry. Flavours reflect the nose with more citrus and sweet herb then flavours of white smoke and wet stone, some baking spice moments and flowers. Plenty of acidity and great length, a lovely wine. Drink now and through 2022.
