Toasty, elegant, leesy and complex bouquet with aromas of strawberry and fresh bread, white peach and lemon, apple and white flowers. There’s a core of chalky, cold stone minerality and pear. On the palate - crisp and refreshing with a salty texture mousse, fine bubble and high acidity. The autolysis, acidity and mineral combine to deliver a fine textured mouthfeel with a core of crisp citrus and white fleshed fruit flavours. Lengthy, balanced and well made. Delicious drinking now and through 2025.
