The Boneline Barebone Chardonnay 2017 Waipara

A modern expression of Chardonnay built on aromas of minerality and citrus, understated though noticeable oak, a fresh vibrant personality and aromas of white orchard fruits and citrus, some flowers and soft baking spices. Dry on the palate with silky textures, a youthful core of acidity and flavours of grapefruit and white peach, some vanilla and baking spices, a gentle saline note, mild layers of oak and wood flavours and a lengthy balanced finish with a whisper of citrus. Youthful, well made and balanced. Drink now and through 2024.
