I Am George Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Limestone Coast, South Australia

Varietal, fruity and distinctive bouquet of Cabernet with aromas of blackberries, toasty wood, dark plums, a little milk chocolate and licorice. Dry, rich and weighty on the palate with flavours of dark berries, toasty wood and barrel spices - clove, licorice, vanilla. Medium tannins easily meld with saliva, medium+ acidity and a core of Cabernet flavours. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2023.
