Complex, organic, fruity, varietal and a little wild with white flowers, mayer lemon, grapefruit, red apple, cape gooseberry and a little passion fruit. Dry, fleshy and fruity on the palate with a hint of barrel ferment adding a creaminess to the core of fruit. Flavours of fruits and spice reflect the nose, soft herbs layer, abundant acidity, fine almost grainy texture, lengthy finish. Delicious! Drink now and through 2024+. This wine will age beyond 2024 if stored well.
