I really like the bouquet of this wine with a refreshing crisp apple and lemon drive, white flowers and a wet stone mineral suggestion. Equally good on the palate with a continuation of the mineral, apple and citrus flavours, salivating and slightly salty acid line, a gentle herb note and lengthy finish. Lots to like, great aperitif style and easy to match with light-bodied crisp food. Drink now and through 2022.
