Moss Wood

Moss Wood Wilyabrup Pinot Noir 2017, Margaret River Western Australia

A very bright slightly lighter red appearance with red apple, cherry and a youthful pink hued rim. The aromas and flavours tell the main story with fleshy red plum and cherry, red apple and old roses. A cinnamon, cedar and vanilla spice layer speaks to the use of oak - some new, some not so new. Textures on the palate show off a refined and sophisticated expression with fine tannins, a really nice acid line and lengthy varietal finish. Lovely to drink today and through 2022.
