Coney Que Sera Syrah 2015 Martinborough

Dense, rich and spicy bouquet of Syrah with aromas of dark brown baking spices, pepper, toasty wood then a mix of red berry fruits from raspberry and black currant to tarter fruit such as cherry. No mistaking the signature of oak, pepper and fruit power of this wine. On the palate - dry, weighty, loaded with flavours of clove and toasty oak, pepper and dark berry fruit flavours. Medium+ tannins and acidity. A well made wine with immediate drinakability, perhaps best served with food (T-Bone medium-rare or mushroom fettuccini). Best from today and through 2022.
