Weighty, creamy, oaky and enticing complex bouquet of Chardonnay. Aromas suggesting grapefruit and nectarine, vanilla and dry stones, some floral moments and cashew nut oak qualities. On the palate - dry, full-bodied, weight, rich and flavourful. Citrus, apple and stone fruit flavours all return with the cashew oak layer becoming stronger as the oak and alcohol remind me this wine requires cellar time. Well made with a complex and lengthy finish. Best drinking from late 2020 through 2025.
