Te Kairanga Tk Chardonnay 2018 Martinborough, Wairarapa

Complex and detailed bouquet of Chardonnay with aromas of apple and lemon, brazil nut and grapefruit peel, peach and mild toasty wood spice. Dry, layered on the palate with complexity texture and a core of citrus and stone fruit flavour. The acidity highlights a gentle silty mineral core adding to a lengthy yet fine finish. Well made, balanced and fine. Drinking best from mid 2020 through 2023+.
