Classic Marlborough Pinot Noir aromas of crushed cherry, dark raspberry, dried herb and smoky spicy oak. Obvious complexity with significant energy. Dry on the palate with flavours of brown baking spices, vanilla dust and sweet clove, medium+ acidity and firm fine tannins. A lovely example with energy, youth, varietal core an lengthy finish with medium+ complexity. Coming into balance over the next tree years. Best from 2020 through 2030.
