Black Cottage Reserve Pinot Noir 2017 Central Otago

Varietal, fresh, youthful and fruity with dark cherry, plum and clove toasty wood aromas. Dry, medium minus weight, medium+ acidity, very youthful, tense and fresh. Moderate tannin levels with a youthful firmness, some phenolic tartness (will calm in time) and moderate length. A young wine suited to food till the wine integrates over the next two years. Best from 2020 through 2024.
