Domaine - Thomson 'Surveyor Thomson Pinot Noir 2011 Central Otago

Developing bouquet of fresh and drying light red fruits laved with brown spices of French oak and moderate toasty wood. Dried herb and mushroom savoury moments then a definitive layer of old dried rose. Dry on the palate with flavours that match the nose, firm tannins and medium+ acidity. Quite complex, still developing with a warm finish. Drink now - decant for service - and through 2024.
