Deep straw and emerging golden hues - very bright in appearance. A striking bouquet of Riesling with wild flowers and honey moments, baked lemon and apple, baked quince and crushed rose. Complex & warm with a precise acid line and fruit spice. Flavours suggested on the nose return with power and ambition. Some residual sweetness adds weight and texture leading to a long finish.
