Great bouquet of a Cabernet led blend with dark berries and new leather, clove and vanilla wood spices, fresh cigar tobacco and dark violet scents. Dry, full-bodied, dark fruited and oaky - ticks all the boxes of a Cabernet blend, Bordeaux style and a classic Hawkes Bay example. Moderate tannins with some chewy-ness, medium+ acidity and lengthy finish. Enjoy this wine from 2020 through 2028.
