Loads of fresh, crisp with fresh green and red apple aromas with a hint of ginger, very clean and pure bouquet. On the palate - clean, crisp, fresh, crunchy and with pure apple and pear fruit flavours, a touch of ginger, very mild yeast notes. Very refreshing finish.
